Come stay with us in Pontiac, IL "Where breakfast is an event!" We prepare your breakfast from scratch, to order, at a time you choose. As always, breakfast is included in our rates.

We have 4 beautiful guest rooms to choose from. To better serve you, we only accept guests in two rooms at a time, unless you are a family or group needing more than 2 rooms. Please ask if you have questions.

Pet Policies
Pets: Only housebroken pets are allowed. Should your pet damage the property in any way, you will be expected to cover that damage. Please let us know in advance if you will have a pet with you. Owners must pick up after their pets. Pets must be on a leash when outside our home (city ordinance). There is a $25 pet fee for pets that shed.

Children
Since most of our guests come to get away from it all, including their children, children are welcome when accompanied by their parents and no other guests are staying. Parents are responsible for their children. There can only be 2 persons per guest room(state law). Guests who have small children with them will be charged additional fees depending on the resources used by the child. Please ask.

Credit Cards
We accept Master Card, Visa, & Discover or you may use Pay Pal. Guests may also pay by personal check at least 2 weeks in advance, traveler's checks, or cash. A deposit covering 50% of your stay is required when making reservations. A valid credit card is required when making a reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Because we are such a small business, cancellations affect us greatly. Deposits are refunded with at least one week notice less a $25 administrative fee and are forfeited with less than 1 week notice, unless we are able to rebook the room(s) that night, then the $25 fee applies. Rooms cannot be held without a deposit.

Check In: After 4PM

Check Out: By Noon
Please note that check in and out times are intended to give us time to properly prepare for your arrival. We need to change all the bedding, vacuum, scrub, and sanitize. Guests arriving before 4PM will be charged an additional 1/2 day (except for dropping off luggage if arriving by train or if agreed to by innkeeper). Guests staying past noon will be charged an additional 1/2 day. If you arrive before 4PM and leave after 12 noon, you will be charged for 2 days.

TV in Garden Room and Marcia's Room only. Refrigerator for all guests on second floor with rooms. Choice of rooms with King Size bed, Queen Size bed or two Twin Size beds. Jacuzzi tub for Monica's Room, Garden Room & Jennifer's Room. Please ask. Hair dryers in bathrooms.

Free WiFi, Local newspaper available Tuesdays through Saturdays. Free Peoria Charter Bus pickups and free Amtrak pickups in Pontiac.

Garaged parking with advance notice. No extra charge. Advance notice needed for guided tours. Extra charge for breakfast in room. Not located in quiet location but our facility is very quiet except for occasional sirens. Free ear plugs available for guests with extra sharp hearing. Kennel provided with advance request and $10 fee. $25 crib charge per stay.

Gluten free diets easily accommodated - no extra charge. (Innkeeper is gluten free)
