Miamisburg
Archaeological investigations believe The Miamisburg Mound was possibly constructed by the ancient Adena Indians and is the largest burial mound in the state of Ohio and possibly the United States. Built high up on a bluff, this 100-foot high mound measures 877 feet in circumference. If you are feeling energetic you may climb the 116 steps from its base to the summit for a breathtaking panoramic view over the surrounding park and Miami Valley.
