Like every Italian, Claudia Costantino, has a true passion for food. Founding The Italian Compass was a natural step for her.
Born in Bari, Italy, Claudia grew up in a family that taught her the values of tradition and the joys of a Sunday meal with her grandparents. She graduated from Language University in Bari, and traveled extensively throughout Italy and abroad.
